Who do you call when you’re at your lowest? Do you often answer this question with “I have no one to talk to”? If so, you’re not alone.

In a recent TikTok video, where men are asked to be honest about who they call when they are at their lowest, all of them answered no one because they are men.

This video is a call to action for all men because it is okay to not be okay. It is time for us to break the stigma that men should tough it out and deal with their problems alone.

I think this is what made men feel that they have to be strong, because if they can’t provide, then they are not worthy of love.

This just broke my heart. Men need someone to lean on too. No one is immune to hard times. I hope this blog will help break that stigma.
